Self-adhesive printed tapes are used for securing and closing packaging, mostly cardboard ones. Owing to its unique print, the tape is also a seal and a perfect protection of the carton against unauthorized opening during transit. Additionally, it is possible to include the advertising text, information and notes of instruction concerning
the contents of the packaging.

Printed tapes may differ in the type of glue and foil carrier.
The most popular material for printed tapes is PP foil. The print can also be included on PVC tapes and paper tapes.

Types of glues:
Hot-Melt synthetic rubber glue
Natural rubber glue (solvent based)
Acrylic glue (used in, for instance, foldable tapes).

Natural colour of the tape background is white or transparent (it is also possible to produce different coloured tapes). It is possible to include up to 4 colours on the print (standard colour of the base tape background is not counted as
a printout colour).

Standard dimensions of a roll: 48 mm x 66yd (60 m). Tapes with natural rubber glue (solvent) and PVC tapes are up
to 50 mm width.
We also produce tapes of different widths and lengths.

Minimum order equals 108 rolls (3 cardboard boxes).

The design of the print can be prepared on the basis of any graphic or text material provided.
In case of complicated and non-typical graphical elements, material needed for elaboration of the design shall be submitted in the form of vector graphics, preferably in CorelDraw, in 9-15 (X5) version, the fonts converted into curves, colours according to Pantone colour model. Except for CorelDraw, the design can also be prepared using any vector graphics software, however all the objects must be changed into curves and the design must be exported to postscript format (*.eps).
The finished design of the print shall be sent for approval in the form of printed tape visualization.
